Delivery Information

Please note - UK Deliveries only.

You may select one of the following three delivery methods:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERIES:
Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail between 8.00am-1.00pm on the next working day, providing the order is placed before 2.00pm (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days). Orders placed after 2.00pm Monday to Friday, or any time on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be delivered within 2 working days. We cannot specify a particular delivery time within the 8.00am-1.00pm window. Once your order has been shipped, the delivery address may not be changed. Your order cannot be left in a safe place or with a neighbour Royal Mail will attempt to deliver within the times stated, leaving a card when no-one is available. Delivery, or re-delivery, is not possible on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday. Delivery is not available to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands or any non-UK address.

Returns & Refunds

Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a similar alternative if preferred. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Faulty or wrong item
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Methods of Payment

We accept payment by cheque or cash. Although payment by cash is acceptable, we accept no liability for cash payments lost in transit. You will need to ensure that you send cash via registered mail for your own peace of mind.
We will normally despatch all orders within 4 working days of receipt of your payment. If your payment is by cheque and your cheque has not cleared within four working days, we will attempt to contact you. Please make cheques payable to Mr A Barton.
We reserve the right to make an additional delivery charge when despatching replacement goods as a result of a customer return, depending on the specific circumstances.

Other Information

All items on sale are unique, and therefore we cannot accept orders for more than one of the same piece.
